Smidt Heart Institute

Owen was commissioned by Seven Elm to create a series multi-layered paper cut artworks for Cedar Sinai's Smidt Heart Institute in Los Angeles, a center specialising in treating and researching various heart conditions.

Owen was tasked with bringing the institute's cutting edge research to life in his multi-layered paper cut style, focusing on different areas including 'Aortic Patients' and their advanced research into 'Robotic Mitral' surgery.
