Developed by the online portfolio site Fabrik, the Fresh Awards showcases a diverse pool of creatives through their design led platform. After receiving both Gold and Silver Awards in Fresh 18, Owen was approached by Fabrik to design their 2019 campaign visuals with a focus on the award elements Gold, Silver, Bronze and Carbon.
Leading on from the previous year’s abstract and textural visuals, Owen explored the given elements through their geometric forms and their arresting colours, creating a sleek and atmospheric colour palette allowing the elements to stand out and become a key part of Fresh 19’s image. The final result is a series of striking imagery reflecting the aspirational nature of the awards as well as drawing attention to the tangible aspects of the awards.
