Big Bloomers

'Big Bloomers' is a series of graphic abstract artworks by Owen Gildersleeve, featuring big bold floral forms, handcrafted in his signature multi-layered papercut style.

The artworks were handcrafted out of layers of coloured paper, using a sweeping gradient of vibrant tones. Each original artwork is one-of-a-kind and are framed in handmade white box frames, using Conservation Grade UV Filtered Acrylic glazing to help protect and prolong the artwork, finished with fastenings for easy hanging and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

'Big Bloomers' first debuted at Owen's 2025 Artists Open House and then the remaining artworks were picked up by George Gallery in Brighton, where they are now on sale.

The artworks were initially designed for Mini Editions – a new art curation company setup by the Grand Matter founders – where they can be purchased as prints.
