Empire of the Sun

Owen was approached to create a print for the Australian duo’s two nights in California, hitting the legendary Greek Theatre in Berkeley and new venue Channel 24 in Sacramento with special guests Roi Turbo.

The print reflects the band’s vibrant and otherworldly live shows, which Owen reflected with a multi-layered design radiating with colour, which was handcrafted out of sheets of coloured paper and shot in his Brighton based studio – fittingly using just sun light.
