The Golden Age of Conservative Magazines

Cover and opener artwork for The Washington Post Magazine, to accompany an article about 'a small group of intellectual conservative magazines who matter more than ever in this time of Trump.' The typography design was inspired by old sign painting, and was hand-cut into multiple layers of the conservative magazine pages featured in the article.
